[Asset] Sci-Fi dungeon doors

I made this small asset pack to extend Thetra00's awesome Sci-Fi Dungeon tile set by adding some animated doors to it.

Thetra00's tileset is itself an adaption of assets from dungeon tile sets by 0x72.

Includes:

• Vertical door (1  or 2 tiles)
• Horizontal door (1 or 2 tiles)
• 4 frame animations for each

I personally use these as animated objects rather than tiles, but I've set them up with the same 16x16 tile formatting as the other tile sets so they can be used as tiles easily.

This is my first pixel art asset, let me know if there's anything I can improve.
