Nightlancer is a competitive cyberpunk board game centred on character progression, risk management, and direct player interaction. Set in a dystopian future on the brink of collapse, players guide underworld operatives through dangerous careers, balancing short-term survival against long-term ambition.

Players select from a roster of unique Nightlancers, each with distinct abilities and playstyles, and compete over a series of missions with branching choices. Success generates resources that can be invested into character development, black market upgrades, or long-term victory conditions. Interaction is driven through a shared contact system, allowing players to disrupt opponents, seize opportunities, or pursue alternative strategic paths.

The game supports competitive, solo, and cooperative play, and is designed for high replayability through asymmetric characters, variable missions, and multiple routes to victory.
